1 Master Bedroom at the Garden Level with a King-sized bed, a private bathroom and a walk-in closet.
1 Master Bedroom upstairs with a view of the pool from a private deck. This room has a Queen bed, a private bathroom and a walk-in closet.
1 bedroom with two full beds adjoining the shared bath, opening onto the portico and the garden.
1 bedroom with one queen-sized bed adjoining the shared bath, opening to the garden and overlooking the pool.

$400 per night plus utilities* (3 night minimum)

*Meters are read upon arrival and upon departure. (Average electricity per week $35 US to $60 US. Average propane per week $20 US.)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Deposits
50% deposit required upon confirmation of rental agreement. Balance due 10 days prior to arrival date. Deposits and balances returned ONLY if we are able to rent the house during the time you cancelled. A refundable security/damage deposit equal to the rental amount is due upon arrival, to be held by the property manager in case of damage.

We accept credit cards through Paypal, or wire transfers.
LOCATION & DIRECTIONS
Casa de Las Manos is located in the Santa Ana District of the Centro Historico of Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. It is four blocks from Santa Ana Park, five blocks from Paseo Montejo and eight blocks from the Plaza Grande, the center of the city. The address is:

From Cancun:
Take the 180 Highway west to Merida. At the Periferico, go left (or south) and take the Airport exit. This will put you onto Avenida Aviación, which later turns into Avenida Itzaes, going north. Continue north to Calle 59 (just past the Parque Centenario Zoo) and turn right on Calle 59. Turn left on Calle 72. Turn right on Calle 47. Casa de Las Manos is just past Calle 70 on your left.
From the Merida Airport:
When you come out of the airport, turn left. This will put you onto Avenida Aviación, which later turns into Avenida Itzaes, going north. Continue north to Calle 59 (just past the Parque Centenario Zoo) and turn right on Calle 59. Turn left on Calle 72. Turn right on Calle 47. Casa de Las Manos is just past Calle 70 on your left.
